Generally, you can print something with a file format by selecting PDF print. However, some documents may not be able to be printed in a file format in order to maintain integrity. However, you can use this method to save it as a file. If this method does not work, try another way "How to print without printer(2)"(Link).
1. Install the printer driver.
Go "Control Panel" → Go "Hardware and Sound" → Go "Devices and Printers" → Right click → Select "Add a printer" → Select "Add a local print" → Select "LPT1: (Printer Port)" → Select a appropriate Permitted Printer(In my case, I installed "HP Officejet Pro K5300 Series").
2. Configure the printer's properties.
Right click on installed printer → Select "Printer Properties" → Select "Advanced" → Check "Spool print documents so program finishes printing faster" → Check "Start printing after last page is spooled" → Check "Print spooled documents first"
3. Print it.
Check printing error → Go "C:\Windows\System32\spool\PRINTERS" → Copy the file into appropriate path like desktop → Open the file with appropriate software like SPLViewer(Link)
