How to install apt-cyg in Cygwin

[Method 1] : Using wget.

❑ Install wget : Search the wget with Cygwin setup program and check in Bin column.

※ Without wget package, apt-cyg can not be used normally.

❑ Install apt-cyg: Download the zip file from https://github.com/transcode-open/apt-cyg.

❑ Move the apt-cyg file to [installation path]\bin.

[Method 2] : Using lynx

1. install lynx
2. # lynx -source rawgit.com/transcode-open/apt-cyg/master/apt-cyg > apt-cyg
3. # install apt-cyg /bin
